Horse

Yesterday Chris and I decided to take a drive and look at some model homes.
{By the way, we found the perfect house}
As we were leaving I noticed a cow/bull in some one's {large} backyard stuck in barbed wire. I wasn't sure what to do. His side had been torn up and was all bloody. We pulled over to make sure he got out. As we were standing there watching the bull, this guy came to greet us!

He was so friendly and soft! We probably stood there for 10 minutes petting him!

{By the way the bull got out of the barbed wire all by himself}

So excited that you are looking to get a house. You couldn't be getting into the market at a better time. Interest rates haven't been this low in over 40 years and the housing market has homes prices at great rates. Remember if you need help I am a Realtor and my partner in AZ is John Barile. John is the best and can be reached at 602-214-4283. Just remember the best deals are gone before they have a sign out front or advertised. On new construction agents can really help you negotiate the best deal and their services are free to you and they represent just you. Couldn't find your email so sending it this way, sorry. Josie
